    Parents under Economic Duress

When both parents must go to work to pay the mortgage to provide a home in which to rear children, this civilisation is in trouble. If the economy cannot provide for the survival of the race, the economy is very sick.

A civilisation, which puts the rearing of children on a back burner, whilst it struggles to survive, is not surviving. The economy of a rich country should be geared to serve its citizens. But when the citizens are being urged to serve the economy, the civilisation has gone off the rails

Therefore when politicians juggle with fiscal policy, in an attempt to make a sick economy do its job, they themselves are off the rails. There is no viable option other than to spot the cause of the economy being sick and then put it right.

The economy has the task of creating and distributing the goods and services required by the citizens for their survival. We are one of the richest countries in the world and our economy should be so healthily that it is never sick. But our economy is sick unto death. It now owes more money than can ever be repaid. It produces goods in excess and fails hopelessly on distribution.

There is, the actual source of the breakdown in family life. Earning money has become so much more important than rearing children. All because, we are forced to produce far more than is needed and to earn the money to do so. Notice that it is not in order to buy the stuff, but to produce it.

Distribution requires a means of exchange, when barter will no longer serve. We have decided to use money as our means of exchange, instead of gold and then we fail to use money, but try to use credit in lieu of money. This is ridiculous, because it is counterfeit money that we are asked to use, which has to be repaid with real money, to the guys who created the credit. Meanwhile interest must be paid.

A grievously sick economy is thus created and then endured. Do you see how futile, fiscal fiddling will be, in any attempt to honour our children, by allowing them to have their parents. Think on it and do tell Michael Howard and Oliver Letwin, that unless they get real and tackle the actual source of trouble and handle, they are miserable failures.

It is so simple! Our currency is borrowed into existence, because the banks are allowed to create new money by issuing new money as credit. All that has to be done to cure the resulting terminal illness, is to restore to Government the sole right to create and issue new money and also tell the government how to do so correctly.
