Letter to: William Lewis The City Editor. The Daily Telegraph. London.

    The Charity of Banking

Because King William in 1694 gave bankers a charter to create new money, by letting people and governments borrow new money in the form of credit, banks have knowingly and methodically created the world's greatest need for charity.

Should a future King William of England discover this truth, during his visit into HSBC, Prince William could make Poverty History in the year 2005 with absolute certainty.
