Letter to: Mayor Ray Nagin, New Orleans, USA.

    6 October 2005

    Dear Mr Nagin

Global Debt Facing the Human Race

According to my newspaper you are being forced to sack 3000 workers. You will need every worker you can lay your hands on, to get New Orleans rebuilt. It would be a grave error to rebuild on the old site, below sea level in the path of future hurricanes.

New, New Orleans must be on higher ground in a safer place.

The money to build the New City does not exist. There is a global debt facing the human race. It would be folly to increase that debt.

Katrina gave the world a much needed wake up call, to correct the existing global monetary system. That system ordains that new money must be borrowed into existence. In 1694 England originated that system with the Tonnage Act and the system has now spread worldwide.

That is the cause of global poverty. To make Poverty History in 2005, we need to demonstrate that there are circumstances under which a Government could mint or print or somehow create, new money, however vast the sum, provided it was spent by the Government wisely and well. That would mean the money would have to be spent for the creation of wealth.

Katrina, as you have discovered, wiped out the creation of wealth in your neck of the woods. Hence the sackings.

This is positive proof, that when a new, New Orleans is correctly rebuilt, the wealth it will create will prevent the cost from causing inflation. When new money freshly created and spent by the Government is used, to create wealth, instead of using credit as money, inflation cannot occur, when done wisely and well.

The bankers will scream with pain and fall like confetti from the windows of Wall Street. Who cares!!

I live in a wilderness, a million miles from Wall Street. I have nothing to gain for myself by helping you. We are all in this boat together, on this tiny planet, called Earth.

It is enormous fun to wag the Dog and get things right.
