Letter to: Neil Young. The Western Morning News. Plymouth

We are using debt as a global currency

    9 December 2005

    Dear Mr Young

Of all those who write well enough to be understood by the majority of readers of Britain's press, I might be correct in saying that you are the best.

Your major article on Thursday 7th of December 2005 is proof of that conception.

As you say, the starting points for mobilising opinion and protest over climate change are comprehensively and accurately listed in your article.

“Where the difficulties arise are in agreeing how they might all be confronted. This is true, both for the UK and internationally”. Your very own words.

“Is George Bush, or the system which elevated him, the problem? Globalisation in a small world, in which political and economic rivalries are rampant, must be understood by all and terminatedly handled, in order to become effective in averting a global catastrophe of unimaginable proportions”. How true!

Therefore, because you are willing to confront the lowest common denominator of all these starting points, for mobilising opinion and protest, you must shoulder responsibility for putting all the threads together and declaring the why on the whole global problem.

It might be that there is only one tiny keyhole in time, in which you are free to do this. Threats to our Freedom are closing in and the instant you touch upon the source of the trouble, your days may be numbered. So be it! The alternative could be a global catastrophe.

Confront the fact that a global commercial war is raging on planet Earth. This war has a hidden agenda, which makes it impossible to separate economics from politics.

The hidden agenda is to hide the crimes committed by those in power. It is even hidden from view, who is in power.

Bush is a puppet on a string, held by he who is our global puppet master.

Let me remind you of the words of Amschel Rothschild. “Whosoever creates and issues the currency has Supreme Power”

Who is it, that is seeking a single common global currency? why must he have that power, even if he destroys the planet to obtain it.

Do you see how difficult it is, to even confront the question. It looks like insanity to ask the question. But if you re-read your own article, on turning up the temperature, you must feel that we live in a mad world. To threaten ourselves with global-warming and then to ignore the threat is insanity.

How do you understand insanity? You don't! You go insane if you try. All we need to do is confront it, to see it and then cure it. You don't have to bother to understand it. That is not needed.

Human beings are capable of becoming irrational. That is obvious. Spot the fact that an irrational being has seized power and isolate him and the danger is handled. Nothing more to it than that. Just make the diagnosis. Make sure the diagnosis is correct.

That will need new technology., which now exists but is not in use. Those in power make sure of that!

I am preparing the ground for you to perceive that the lowest common denominator of what is adrift on this planet at this time, is the global currency.

In simple terms we are using debt as a global currency. The people of planet Earth, now owe more money than can ever be repaid. All because Governments allow new money to be issued as credit, in order to avoid inflation. But that is the cause of inflation, which is not seen to be so by anyone.

Thus the problem seems to be out of our control. Are you getting a glimpse of the possibility of handling the threat of global-warming, merely by coming to our senses.
