    Council Tax

    Dear Editor

One great advantage of threatening us with trebling our council-tax, is to wake us up to the existence of a correct source of funding for the money needed.

Many projects have to be funded by council tax, with money which does not yet exist, and must be borrowed into existence.

The creation of new money is now a monopoly possessed by private banks, who are told by the Government to create and issue new money as credit.

This fact has never been made known to the electorate. We are allowed to believe that when we borrow money we are permitted to use money, which already exists. We are never told that credit only becomes money the instant we accept credit as a loan. The Law then tells us that we owe money and the banks can foreclose on our assets, if we fail to fully service the loan, which was only credit and not money.

If you are puzzled and you want confirmation of this revelation, just notice the size of bank profits. If you are still puzzled, notice that we in the West Country, are to have a third nuclear power plant, which we must pay for in full. Tony Blair is adamant that the Government will not pay.

Those billions do not exist, but the banks have an inexhaustible supply of credit, which the banks manufacture out of thin air. You are looking at a scam. A scam which has already enslaved us with debt, those debts will very soon be trebled.

Monetary reform has sddenly become a dire necessity, which at last is coming into public view.

Wake up and see that all this is true.
