Letter to: The Editor The Western Morning News. Plymouth.

    2 July 2006

    Global Poverty

    Dear Editor

If we could reach Bob Geldof and or Nelson Mandela with intelligence, that there could be an end to global poverty, we could end global poverty.

But how to get the intelligence into the hands of Bob Geldof and or Nelson Mandela.

I have tried with diligence, but there is no direct route. We could do it via the Press. But the Press will not publish the intelligence.

But never-say-die, let us see if the Western Morning News will publish this letter.

Aid is given as credit. This we are never told.

Poverty is used by the bankers to seduce people into debt.

Aid is a method of forcing the poverty stricken, to pay interest.

These people may be starving and are told to use the aid to grow food.

But then a “Tesco” comes along and buys the food, to provide the money to pay the interest. The “Tesco” sells the food to us, cheaper than it cost to grow, and the starving die of hunger. Die in their millions.

Too obscene and disgusting to contemplate.

Our ‘good buys’ at the supermarkets, do not say good bye to poverty, but good bye to the starving.

It is time for Monetary Reform.
