    The Ostrich Judge

    Dear Mr Litterick

If you could whisper a word to Lay and Skilling’s lawyers, regarding the Ostrich ruling, of Judge Sim Lake, those lawyers could turn the judge's statement around, by showing that the Judge in the case, is even more guilty than the accused.

Unless the Judge himself pleads diminished responsibility on account of being himself a dim wit, he stands condemned by the Enron trial, of deliberately blinding himself to the reason this trial is taking place. The whole world could know, if it cared to take a look, that the global monetary system is a fraud. Instead of using money as a means of exchange, we use credit and then force the peoples of Earth to accept debt as a synonym for money.

The IMF and the World Bank for example, in broad daylight and for everyone to see, if they care to look, “give aid” to the poor as credit. These bankers use poverty to enable them, to seduce people into debt.

Nobody, whose IQ on economics has not sunk below zero, would deny the truth of that statement.

Judge Sim Lake is in good company and shares his guilt with such global worthies as George Bush and Tony Blair.

The whole Enron fiasco would be a blessing in disguise, if this high profile trial, was turned into a criminal indictment of deliberate blindness to fraud by world leaders.
