Letter to: Simon Heffer The Daily Telegraph, London
19 January 2007
New European Constitutional Treaty
Dear Mr Heffer
David Cameron is concerned that any Tory should defect to the UKIP.
Mr Cameron knows he is committed to taking Britain into the Euro
if he becomes Prime Minister and must ratify the New European Constitutional
Treaty without a referendum. He does not brag about this and hopes
no one will notice what he is doing. But Professor Tim Congdon knows
very well and knows Mr Cameron cannot be stopped. Meanwhile Scotland
wants to do the opposite and break free and stay free of the New
Totalitarian Federal German State of Europe.
As yet I have no evidence that Scotsmen know they will need a new
Scottish currency, in order to be able to be free. Devolution does
not give Scotland her own currency. Scotland will find herself in
the Euro, without knowing how she lost her freedom. Nor shall we
understand how we've lost our freedom. When Great Britain resigns
itself, to being taken over by Mrs Angela Merkel I shall be breaking
the law to write this letter to you.
